1/2 cup coconut milk
4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
~ cut chicken breasts into strips
~ mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for 2 hours to overnight
~ thread on wooden skewers and grill
Serve with Peanut Sauce
