Chicken Poupon

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

~ mix mustard, water, garlic powder and italian seasoning
~ place chicken in shallow baking pan. brush evenly with mustard mixture
~ bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through

great, served with rice pilaf
