Banana Nut Bread

1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3-4 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

~ cream oil and sugar
~ add egg; mix well
~ mash bananas and add vanilla
~ beat in sifted dry ingredients
~ bake in greased pans at 350 degrees for 30-60 minutes
